As a Lead Trainer and Knowledge Management Consultant, Dr. Junaid Shaikh brings more than 14 years of national & international Project Management, Teaching, R&D and Consulting experience to Knowledge360. His areas of expertise mainly include Public Sector Governance, Higher Education Policy Planning & Development, R&D Promotion, Technology & Innovation Management, Leadership & Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Transformation and Strategic Knowledge Management.
He is a HEC & British Council Certified Research Grants Management Specialist and Trainer. He has served at HEC Pakistan wherein he facilitated academic & scientific research through research journal grants and policy regulations in the universities of Pakistan. Besides, he has also served at University of Technology (UTS), Sydney as Casual Academic wherein he taught Technology Management and Research Writing subjects at the postgraduate level.
Dr. Junaid has travelled to more than 25 countries for the purpose of international exchange and research collaboration, and has presented his research at international conferences held in Japan, USA, UK, Australia, Poland & Italy. He has 22 publications which include 2 books and 20 Research Journal/A-ranked Conference Papers. He has also served as a Reviewer for WoS Q1 Impact Factor Journals. Besides, in recognition of his academic achievements, he was conferred upon “Star Laureate Award” and “SSA Australia Academic Excellence Award”.
ALTAF MAZHAR (TRAINER & ADVISER)
Altaf Mazhar is a Trainer & Adviser at Knowledge360. He has over 11 years of academic, R&D, leadership development, start-ups and commercial enterprise experience. With a prior masters from University of Technology, Sydney, he brings a unique combination of knowledge, skills and industry experience to Knowledge360. At present, his PhD research focuses on investigating human behaviour and how it could be positively influenced through reward to promote sustainable practices and achieve optimum resource usage. As an academic, he believes in promoting out-of-box thinking among the students. As a mentor, he motivates individuals to conceptualize new ideas & adopt learning mindset to support innovation.
MAHVISH KANWAL (EDITING CONSULTANT)
Mahvish Kanwal has 10 years of teaching, research and administrative experience which also includes 2 years of industry experience in HR and marketing. She holds an MBA and currently pursuing her Ph.D in management science with a focus on corporate sustainability and gender diversity for improving performance of the manufacturing firms. She has a keen interest in diverse fields including industrial clusters, corporate sustainability, innovation and knowledge management, ethics, employee wellbeing, work-life balance, CSR, gender, and leadership among others. In 2019, her name was included among the world’s 20 PhD scholars selected on full scholarship by Globelics Ph.D academy summer school (for innovation and development) in Tampere, Finland. She has authored multiple research papers in reputable international journals.
ARIF ALI JALBANI (CONSULTANT)
Mr. Arif Ali is currently working as Business Process Re-engineering Consultant at Knowledge360. He is also serving as Manager (External Linkages, Innovation & Commercialization) at the Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC), Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Karachi. He completed his MBA from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad and an MS degree from Eastern Illinois University, USA. He possesses more than 18 years of diverse experience as Researcher, Academic and Business Operations Consultant
AMMAR ALI (ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER)
Ammar Ali is serving as Administrative Officer at Knowledge360. Previously, he has served as a Project team lead in a service provider company. With prior experience of working on diverse projects, he is responsible for accounts management and day to day admin functions.. Besides, he has successfully organized student events and workshops and is also the members of School of business administration society at the university level. His ability to solve complex problems and meet deadlines in difficult situations makes him an asset for Knowledge360.
M. JUNAID SATTI (PROJECT OFFICER)
M Junaid Satti role as a Project Officer at Knowledge360, along with his prior experience as a Project Team Lead in a service provider company, highlights his proficiency in overseeing and managing diverse projects across various domains. His responsibilities encompass critical aspects of project management, ensuring the successful realization of projects from their inception to completion. The key expect of his role include Project Planning, Coordination, Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Quality Assurance, Documentation, Project Closure. Besides, he has successfully organized events and workshops and he is also well-equipped to lead and manage projects effectively, ensuring they meet their objectives and deliver value to stakeholders. His role at Knowledge360 is pivotal in driving project success and fostering innovation in various domains.
SYED FARAJ MURTAZA (CV WRITING SPECIALIST)
Syed Faraj is a hardworking and reliable individual who possesses high-quality CV Writing and Document Management skills.
