Dr. Junaid completed his PhD on Australian government scholarship. While previously serving as an Associate Professor & Director at the Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC) of MAJU University, he conceived & introduced first-of-its-kind concept called “ORICOMETER”, a performance monitoring & showcasing tool/dashboard for the Universities. Prior to that, he served at Higher Education Commission, Pakistan, wherein he facilitated cutting-edge research through research journal grants & policy regulations in the universities. Besides, at University of Technology Sydney, he served as an Academic and taught technology & innovation management and research writing subjects at the postgraduate level.

Dr. Junaid has travelled to more than 30 countries for the purpose of international exchange, research collaboration & training delivery, and has presented his research at leading international conferences held in Japan, USA, UK, Australia, Poland & Italy. He has 39 publications which include 2 books, 2 book chapters and 35 Research Journal/A-ranked Conference Papers. He has attained a cumulative WoS impact factor of (CIF > 61) during the past 6 years, with one of his recent papers published in a high impact factor journal (Journal of Information Management, WoS I.F: 28, QI). He is also a Reviewer in leading Q1 impact factor Journals.

He is also a British Council-Certified R&D Grants Management Specialist & Staff Capacity Building Trainer. He has trained 10,000+ professionals during the past 10 years which include public-sector administrators, industry professionals, corporate managers, educators and students (via Physical & Online mode) in the countries like Australia, USA, UK, UAE, Pakistan, China, Canada, Oman, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia & Malaysia. Besides, in recognition of his academic achievements, he was conferred upon “Star Laureate Award”, “Accomplish Award” and “SSA Australia Academic Excellence Award”.
