With a prior masters from University of Technology, Sydney, he brings a unique combination of knowledge, skills and industry experience to Knowledge360. At present, his work focuses on investigating human behaviour and how it could be positively influenced through reward to promote sustainable practices and achieve optimum resource usage. As a trainer and student mentor, he believes in promoting out-of-box thinking and motivates individuals to conceptualize new ideas & adopt learning mindset to support innovation.
