Altaf Mazhar is a Trainer & Adviser at Knowledge360. He has over 11 years of academic, R&D, leadership development, start-ups and commercial enterprise experience. With a prior masters from University of Technology, Sydney, he brings a unique combination of knowledge, skills and industry experience to Knowledge360. At present, his PhD research focuses on investigating human behaviour and how it could be positively influenced through reward to promote sustainable practices and achieve optimum resource usage. As an academic, he believes in promoting out-of-box thinking among the students. As a mentor, he motivates individuals to conceptualize new ideas & adopt learning mindset to support innovation.
