Mahvish Kanwal has 10 years of teaching, research and administrative experience which also includes 2 years of industry experience in HR and marketing. She holds an MBA and currently pursuing her Ph.D in management science with a focus on corporate sustainability and gender diversity for improving performance of the manufacturing firms. She has a keen interest in diverse fields including industrial clusters, corporate sustainability, innovation and knowledge management, ethics, employee wellbeing, work-life balance, CSR, gender, and leadership among others. In 2019, her name was included among the world’s 20 PhD scholars selected on full scholarship by Globelics Ph.D academy summer school (for innovation and development) in Tampere, Finland. She has authored multiple research papers in reputable international journals.
